イエスは、目に見えないほど小さなからし種でも、この種に、姿かたちを変えながらの成長を期待して神の愛と恵みの息が吹き込まれるならば、やがて鳥が枝に巣を作るほどの木になると約束しました。松蔭女子学院という場での学びと出会いを通して、絶えず自分を見つめ直して古い殻を破り、新しい自分を発見することによって個性を確立し、社会に貢献する、光輝く女性としての成長を促すのが松蔭女子学院の教育理念です。
